You can contact us electronically via e-mail or the contact form. In this case, the data that you send us by e-mail or by filling in the form will be transmitted to us and stored by us.

(4) If necessary, further data if you specify them

If you write us an e-mail and are interested in our offers, the legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 letter b DSGVO.

We will delete this data if it is no longer needed for the respective purpose. This means when the exchange with you by e-mail is finished and we have processed your request completely.

You have the possibility to revoke your consent to the processing of your data at any time. Please use the above contact options for this purpose. In case of a revocation of all your personal data, which were stored for the purpose of the establishment of contact, are deleted.

PROCESSING IN THIRD COUNTRIES IN GENERAL
Unless otherwise stated above, your personal data will be processed in countries outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions of Art. 44 DSGVO. This is exclusively the case here, either on the basis of an adequacy resolution of the European Commission (Art. 45 DSGVO) and/or on the basis of suitable guarantees (Art. 46 DSGVO).

GENERAL STORAGE TIME
In general, personal data is only stored for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of data collection or to comply with the respective legal retention period. The data will be deleted once the purpose or expiry of the period has ceased.

RIGHTS CONCERNED
As far as we have processed your personal data, you are affected within the meaning of the DSGVO and you have the following rights against us:
Art. 15 DSGVO – You can request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you may request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your data, if these have not been collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on their details.
Art. 16 DSGVO – You may immediately request the correction of incorrect or complete personal data stored by us.
Art. 17 DSGVO – You may request the deletion of your personal data stored with us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
Art. 18 DSGVO – You may request that the processing of your personal data be restricted,
as far as the correctness of the data is disputed by you,
if the processing is unlawful but you refuse to have it deleted and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims
or if you have filed an objection against the processing pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO.
Art. 20 DSGVO – You may receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or request its transfer to another person responsible.
Art. 7 Par. 3 DSGVO – You may revoke your consent to us at any time. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue processing data based on this consent in the future.
Art. 77 DSGVO – You can complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our head office.

RIGHT TO OBJECT

If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO, provided that there are reasons for this which arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which we will implement without specifying a particular situation.
